proposal posted to ogb-discuss.  It actually suggests exactly that,
reclassifying ZFS, UFS, and NFS as projects within a Filesystems
Community Group.

In an 11-dimensional universe, "attack in any direction" eventually leads to exhaustion... there are soo many ... sometimes I wonder ... if "string theory" actually means one gets irrecoverably entangled in these when fighting on all fronts :)
