Bug 6386938 states that the sata framework (now) generates sysevents when a
device is plugged or unplugged. How can I hook into this to respond to one of
these events? (I'm wanting it to automaticly "cfgadm configure" SATA drives
when they are insterted (I can't fathom why this isnt the default behavior).)
