Are you working at an university or something like that ? If "yes" maybe
the "university source" stuff could be tweaked by the Sun lawyerrs a
little bit to grant you access to the libc_i18n.a sources...
That's an option for now, but it might expose someone to legal ramifications...
I'm working on libc_i18n.a at the moment though, and an open-source
version should be available at the end of august, so goes the plan
