sfwnv-discuss is probably the place.

An ARC case has been filed and approved:
http://opensolaris.org/os/community/arc/caselog/2007/553/
but I don't know how far the integration work has come. I haven't seen a
checklist come through, but one may not be necessary for this work.

http://src.opensolaris.org/source/xref/sfw/usr/src/cmd/postgres/postgresql-8.2/Makefile.sfw

You might want to coordinate with the folks on sfwnv-discuss on this as
well, since they're planning on integrating PHP, too. Maybe
webstack-discuss would be a good place for that discussion, too, I dunno.
