I've posted a webrev at http://cr.opensolaris.org/~gd78059/headers

This basically removes some ancient stuff from usr/include/sys/ which
*nobody* can use, or is using. Most of the headers are not referenced
within ON source code at all. (Hmm.. .would be nice to have automatic
checks to find these!)

A lot of these are headers for device drivers that were long ago removed.

As part of this, I've also moved the eri headers and the source into a
directory of its own, much as we do for most device drivers these days.
This will make it easier/nicer for the next person to work on eri, and
it avoids potential confusion surrounding whether or not headers need to
be in exception lists, whether #include "" or #include <>, etc.

Please have a look. I'm doing a full nightly on SPARC even now, and
once I have my reviewers (I'd like two, but will settle for just one)
and the clean build results, I'll go ahead and file the RTI.
