Unfortunately, only some are sent there. Some time ago, it was suggested
that some Sun-internal ON README didn't mention that list, so some
committers weren't aware of it.
I agree, not everyone sends their heads up messages here. I'll try to
watch for it personally when I notice, and see what I can find in
the way of lacking documentation internally and see if I can find
teh owners to fix it.
Actually, I found that internal README, and indeed it does
tell users to also send mail to on-disc...@opensolaris.org , so
folks are just forgetting or using old habits.
There is an internal site that has a list of aliases for ON on it that
I've asked for on-discuss to be added to.
