Granted, I've only been looking for a minute, but I figured there had to be some kind of guide I'm just missing. Hopefully this is the right list, or at least approxmiates it :)
I have some customers for whom the tar(1) command is annoying because of the way it differs from the GNU tar command with respect to absolute pathnames. This would be simple to fix, having looked at the OS source for tar, but I can't figure out how to (1) check it out, (2) get it reviewed, and (3) check it back in. Where is the howto for this?
