I haven't looked at that code, but in general, Solaris 10 has the 5.10
branch of the kernel, OpenSolaris has the 5.11 branch.   Many changes to
the 5.11 branch are not backported to 5.10 - Sun does that when customers
or ISV's report & escalate bugs through the various support channels, or
when a change is needed for a feature Sun is backporting to the Solaris 10
update releases.

Sources to the 5.10 branch are not open source nor published on the web.
(All the work to make them open sourcable happened after Solaris 10 was
 released and the 5.11 branch was started.)  They can be purchased from
Sun, but under a restrictive closed-source license since they include
sources from third parties covered under such licenses.
