Well... maybe the CAB suggestion was 'over the top'
but my point is in we have some baseline on what we
use moving forward even if it is just 'use CDRecord
>vX.XX for all future Solaris DVD framework
development' or something like that.

I spent a lot of time adding DVD-related patches to
cdrtools and getting CDRecord-ProDVD v2.01.01 binaries
for Solaris 8/9/10 (SPARC & x86). Then I remember
dealing a lot with the DVD library from another
source.
Then, there was some K3b related issues. Then, there
was some Solaris 8/9/10 DVD related issues (back then,
before all of the patches). So....

I'd like to just see us have some discussion on what
is available and what we'd like to use for DVD tools
development on Solaris whether under KDE/JDS for
Solaris. 

Nero(Linux) for Solaris? ;o>
