Exactly. also there is no source code for us to customize the software
to our need. This why my workplace use opensource from TWW Inc. 
(http://www.thewrittenword.com) instead of ones in Companion CD.

The compilation and seurity patches are handled by the paid service from TWW 
inc. blastware is ok but a paid support contract  bring better response time of 
support.
