The near-term process is well defined and has been described by John on
several occasions.  If you want to integrate anything, you should post a
message to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with all the necessary data
(patches, BFU archives, test results, etc).  This is a discussion list -
it should not be surprising that a post here regarding theoretical code
integration doesn't result in action.

The long-term process is obviously up for discussion, but we have plenty
of infrastructure to take community contributions today - Cyril,
Juergen, Shawn, and others have already committed code using the
existing process.
