The most important thing people need to understand is that
adding something that is closed source and cannot be redistributed
or ported to other (new) platforms is a deviation from OpenSolaris.
All discussions need to keep in mind that it is not only important
to avoind deviations from former releases of Sun Solaris but also
to avoid deviations from OpenSolaris in general.
Sun Solaris includes a closed source implementation of ksh88 and
this _is_ already a deviation from OpenSolaris as long as there
is no free alternative.
