any idea how to debbug the problem that results in:
# svcadm enable smserver
inetd[1234500]: Property exec for method inetd_start of instance
svc:/network/rpc/smserver :default is invalid
I am trying to make SchilliX-0.2 ready but even the
old SchilliX-0.1 files using the new scripts for compiling the
SchilliX ISO image fail.....
Have you gone into svccfg and done "export
svc:/network/rpc/smserver > /tmp/blah" and had a look in
that file to see whether anything looks awry?
My inetd_start entry for this looks like:
<exec_method name='inetd_start' type='method'
exec='/usr/lib/smedia/rpc.smserverd' timeout_seconds='0'>
<method_context>
<method_credential user='root' group='root'/>
</method_context>
</exec_method>
Do you have the /usr/lib/smedia hierarchy?

obvious, and you have done it already.....
