Strictly speaking, it is the UltraSPARC-I CPU that is no longer supported
(although persoanlly I'd like to start a project to ressurect such support
in OpenSOlaris), i.e., those CPUs that are < 200MHz in speed. That means
that all Ultra 1s and 200 MHz Ultra 2s are no longer supported. Ultra 2s
with a clock speed of 250 MHz or more (i.e., those that use the UltraSPARC-II
CPUs) are still supported.

I guess it depends on perspective, but I'd not call 300 Euro "lots".

Please read the docs on the OpenSolaris.org web site. They explain
all these sorst of terms. You can find a link to one article I wrote
on my home page.

It will "probably" work.
