I agree.  CDs in a paper sleeve are very cheap, even in small quantities.
Anything we can do to lower the barriers to entry is a good move.  Plopping
a CD/DVD in the drive is less effort than downloading a couple of gig of
data and burning disk(s), so looky-loos will be less disinclined to try it.
