I agree, FWIW.
I've spoken with the folks who establish the community pages, and those
that already lead the tools community, and there seems to be no problem
with living there. I'm just looking for a home to post information and
an alias (tools-linking-discuss?) to continue dynamic linking discussions.
If there are no objections, I'll move forward with getting this established.
