You do not get an immediate/automated confirmation reply.
But within 1-3 days you should receive a forwarded email from someone at sun.com
with subject "CR XXXXXXX Created P? opensolaris/triage-queue {synopsis line from
your bug report}"; apparently when the bug was manually added to the real bug
database.
The "CR XXXXXXX" is the "Change Request ID" / BugID for your bug, and after
another
2-3 days the bug *might* become visible on bugs.opensolaris.org.
