Last week at the SVOSUG meeting, I gave a quick update on build 22. It
seems beneficial to post something here as well so everyone can get an
update.
The biggest change aside from syncing up with Nevada build 22 is that
we're opening up the crypto code. This has been available as a
standalone tarball from darrenm's blog for a while now, but we're
integrating it into the main OpenSolaris/Nevada tree now as open code.
This means a lot of the code that depended on crypto can also now be
opened, namely:
gss
kerberos
ssh
openssl
There are a lot of interdependencies between different modules here, so
it's taking me a little bit longer to untangle it than I had hoped. I'm
hoping to have build 22 dropped sometime late this week.
cheers,
steve
