Hey it even tells you the fix! (I havent seen such friendly error messages recently - normally it is something like "ERROR: connect() failed, go figure..."!! ) It's telling you the printer service is stopped. If you have admin priviledges you can start it yourself - I am no Solaris guru so if you don't have an idea, ask your admin how to start the LP (line printer) service..
