Has anyone successfully built the latest OpenSolaris sources
available for
download ? nightly failed for me due to the header desdata.h missing from
the proto area. I hacked nightly to copy the file, after which the build
went
through.
But I found that several SMF files were missing from proto (datalink,
datalink.conf,
aggregation etc.). And if I use the binaries and try to boot the system,
I get a
multitude errors from the datalink, aggregation and other services,
resulting in a
single-user prompt. I think this might be some Makefile issue, though I
did not
have time to investigate.
