But then again, the part which needs porting most is the kernel interface
and that part is difficult to emulate in userland.
I've managed to get enough of the DDI interfaces emulated to get a
driver module to load and access simulated device and PCI registers.
After this, I managed to tinker with driver code without killing the
kernel. I haven't looked at the file system interface yet.
