Wow, still hamstrung by backwards compatibility for a number of partitions for 
an OS that hasn't been current for over a decade.  Any chance of removing that 
limitation in a real Solaris release (like, Update 1 for example).

Where I work, we are sometimes slow to adopt new features.  So, for example, 
people are still leery about soft partitions.  The ability to have 15 real 
filesystems would make them very happy.
