I suggest 2 books: Solaris Internals - Core Kernel Architecture, 2001 , Jim Mauro and Richard Mc Dougall and Solaris Systems Programming, 2005, Rich Teer
Solaris Internals is no longer available as new (as far as I know). But you can order it e. g. by Amazoon as second-hand book. It is 'only' describing the kernel architecture till Solaris 7, but it is still a good way to start. Solrais System Programming describes Solaris up to version 9.
