When zones are created, the package tools are used to populate the zone
filesystem. Those tools aren't yet open.
The source that implements zones is open, and compilable.
If you build the source and BFU a Solaris Express, or Solaris Express
Community system, zones will function (as far as I'm aware).
BeleniX apparently has a method to work around the lack of package
tools, and zones work there too.
I don't believe they're usable on a SchilliX system, however.
