This was first announced many months ago. Currently I use Unixware realplayer binary together with some support libraries provided by http://www.tools.de/solaris/realplayer/ This works OK as a standalone player but can't cope with the newer codecs (well I can't make it work.) Neither does it work as a browser plugin any more. I'm a bit curious as to the technical problems that still need to be overcome when a binary built for a different operating system does a pretty good job with only a little hackery :-) -- Geoff Lane I always keep in mind that within 5 years Microsoft will be bankrupt; I've done this for 15 years now... _______________________________________________ opensolaris-discuss mailing list opensolaris-discuss@opensolaris.org
