You really should read the README: there's a known problem with the
Nvidia driver and build 28/29 (it's apparently fixed in build 30).
I usually use the NVidia driver (-81xx is out now, BTW), but with build
28 I'm using the X.org nv driver. It works for my limited 2d work,
but is a bit slower than the NVidia driver (but not unacceptably so).
