Joerg: I'm working on the packaging tools right now, and am targeting
release in mid-February as Bonnie mentioned.
Cyril: NWS is just about ready for release. They are waiting to release
in sync with our next source delivery I believe.

You might be reading an old copy of the roadmap. The current roadmap
was updated in mid-December. It lists open source for both of these
under Jan-Mar 2006. More detail:
- libm is on track for the end of January/early February.
- packaging tools are targeting mid-February.
