This isn't the right place for this, since you aren't running OpenSolaris, but I'll help you anyway.
Since this is during POST, there's a 90% chance this is hardware, usually memory or CPU. There's a small chance that a new firmware/BIOS/OBP will help, but if you can't POST, there'll be no way to load it. You need to call your service provider and get them to try and swap the CPU and memory. If you have extra known good 220R memory lying around, pull out what's in there and try that.
