But times have changed, haven't they? Now is the age of high-density, low power consumption servers. Space is at a premium, and of course there are cooling issues to deal with; but most importantly, running a server has to be affordable; a V880 or V890 has to be churning on something that brings in more money than it uses electricity, or else he's not viable to run. > I'd love to see what you have for computers at home. Well, next time I'm in the US, we can arrange for a tour of my basement data center there; I believe it's about 5 hours drive for you.
