All I can tell you is that my company runs everything on one form of UNIX or another; we have exactly zero (0) Windows systems and life is great as far as infrastructure / integration is concerned. I wouldn't have it any other way.

That's great, but not very real world.

I'm going to be looking at using AD for kerberos on my Solaris systems in the next two-three months.
