I have Elatte 3 and it works pretty well. I do have a few issues though! :o>
Using a standard reference Intel 845 motherboard and Live-CD: 1. Xorg 6.8.2 (any updates on Xorg 6.9/7.0 ??) 2. Significant stall during network device probe detection (iprb0) during default boot?? 3. During boot, the 1400x1200 resolution is enabled by default for the nv driver using the Mitsubishi E85LCD monitor. I go into into screen resolution option and changed the screen resolution to 1024x768. 4. Floppy drive detection? I may have overlooked something. 5. Placement of Xorg libs and files in relation to the standard Solaris 10u1 GA and older Solaris versions. As for #2, I waited for 2-4 minutes in which it then gave me a CLI boot screen and then it started booting the Gnome desktop. I would ask if a build using GNOME 2.13.91 would be helpful in catching issues early for an official GNOME 2.14 build. I may have overlooked a few things, yet this was the first impression out the gate. Otherwise, an excellent piece of work!
