Me too. I fired up Schillix 0.5.1 LiveCD over the weekend on a Thinkpad T40 with equally good results. (e.g. X worked fine as did DHCP and NIC detection.)

Oh, except something about the config in lynx.cfg prevented lynx from starting up at first. I think I fixed it by commenting out a COLOR setting.

Also, now that the SVR4 packaging software is included, and after symlinking /var/pkg-get (I think) to /tmp/pkg-get so I had more space, I fiddled around with trying to install CSW packages from Blastwave. But I had forgetten that although the SVR4 packaging is there, and the contents of core SUNW packages are there, the actual SUNW packages themselves aren't there. And that's a problem obviously because of certain CSW dependencies. What I was trying to do was see how easily (or not) I could get one of the CSW-built lightweight window managers running (fvwm or icewm). Next step would have been to disable dependency checking... I ran out of time though.
