I know they do; I've been researching them with keen interest. Where are you? In the US, where the level of Informatics-knowledge is comparatively high and you have access to just about any motherboard ever made. I'm in the land of mountain farmers, which in spite of its riches and technology has an extremely Informatics uneducated population, and this especially concerns the professionals. It is extremely difficult for me to obtain any of those boards because no shops (not even online shops, and there are thousands of those!) carry them. I've been told straight to my face on many occasions that I can "forget anything Opteron related" because it just isn't available. Period. And while one may be able to obtain an Opteron board or two here, if you want anything designed for a 1U form factor, FORGET IT. No chance! It's actually so bad, that I'm seriously considering becoming an authorized reseller for ASUS, GigaByte and Tyan, just so that I could get access to that hardware here. Oh, and icing on the cake: a dual core 260 series 1.8 GHz Opteron costs around ~$371.68 USD here. And that's just the CPU! Do the math.
