Project Looking Glass is the only one of the three that's open source.
You'ld have to check into the redistribution rights on the JRE & Nvidia
licenses to determine if it's legal to include them in a LiveCD.
I had enquired with Nvidia customer support and marketing and got
feedback that they have no issues with we redistributing the Nvidia
driver with BeleniX. I guess this should apply to other OpenSolaris
distros as well. In think If they get enough requests, they will probably
add OpenSolaris to the exception clause that they have for Linux,
FreeBSD and their derivatives.
