I definitely second enabling the admin to do what he needs to do. Simply bind
the override functionality to -e, because that's the expert mode.
That's certainly an interesting option on how to handle this. I hadn't
thought of -e but that makes some sense for this type of functionality.
And if I know about the expert mode, that implies that I know what I'm doing. So I want all and any obscure
functionality available to me when I run `format -e`. No trying to be "smart", no
"intelligence", just give us a "Voodoo-hoodoo what-you-don't-dare-do-people"
functionality with -e.
It is already noted in the man pages that the expert mode is to be used with
caution and only if one knows what one is doing.
