I would like to propose the creation of a new project page for the iSCSI Target
work. This would enable the community to gain early access to this project
before integration into Solaris Nevada is complete.
The project currently consists of:
RFC3720 - iSCSI protocol
SAM-3 -- SCSI architecture module
SPC-3 -- SCSI Primary Commands
SBC-2 -- SCSI Block Commands
SSC-3 -- SCSI Streaming Commands
The tape support is very limited at this point. Media changer support
is really
really needed before it's very useful.
There's also a pass through mode with very limited interpretation.
