That's exacly my problem. So far I have 19 DIN-A4 pages wih tightly
scribbled ToDo notes which should be addressed somehow - which needs
discussion, priorisation, hunting-down-the-resposible-person, filing of
patches (and discussing/reviewing them) etc. 
A BugZilla installation (where each bug id also as some kind of a
micro-mailinglist for the specific issue) makes this much easier - and
that's why I am begging for one...
