Below is an update on the projects/communities proposed, approved,
recently opened, or void since my last mail on 5/1. In the next week or
two, I'm going to start putting all this into a table. Following these
proposals is a bit of a mess right now (for me, anyway). At least if
it's all in a nice chart it will be easier for you to follow and for me
