I haven't found any. I have a customer who bought several x2100's for branch office servers and needs to attach a SCSI tape backup drive to each server.
Beware, the PCI-E SCSI cards that are out there at any price are not low profile and will not fit in a x2100. I too saw the projected availability of 2Q06, but nothing new.
