Not sure what you are talking about. HAL is an abstraction layer. It doesn't re-implements anything. > Let us see how it has been implemented on Solaris.... One thing I don't get yet is why vold been dropped (was it?) over rmvolmgr? And will vold co-exist with rmvolmgr?
