I don't think it is possible to tell.  It probably unpredicatble.

If a system which was seen previously requests an address and the
address was not reissued in the mean time, the server will oblige and
give the requested address; similarly, it will hand out non-expired
addresses to hosts coming back.

What is the problem you are trying to solve?
