More than that, it might be desirable to have (for this, but more broadly too)
instructions on how to disable all wireless functionality for those who might 
wish
to ensure that they were not inadvertantly allowing it.  That applies both to 
software
(what drivers to remove; how to make sure they don't get re-installed after a 
patch;
even how to do that sort of thing as part of a JumpStart, flash archive, rc 
script/smf manifest, etc), and to any future hardware sold by Sun (jumpers to 
reset or whatever).

Obviously, software changes are reversible with root, and hardware changes are
reversible with hardware access.  I'm not expecting miracles, just up-to-date 
guidance
for those who might wish to do such a thing.  Of course there's certainly room 
for  some
work in the long run to come up with ways to have more tinker-resistant 
configurations.

Which is not to say that highly functional wireless support won't be quite 
desirable
for most of the rest of us.
