Thanks to everyone for the assistance!
I've successfully been able to install Oracle on B42 SXCR.  I did run
across the nslookup bug ( bug 6440104 ), which Oracle tries to execute
during installation and causes it to hang. At that point, it's just a
matter of running dbca to set up the database instance.
