Perhaps I'm missing something, but I don't see anything in the current
(build 43) SUNWmkcd packaging that will deliver any entries for
cdrecord to exec_attr -- either on fresh install or on upgrade.  There
should be an 'e rbac etc/security/exec_attr' entry in an SUNWmkcdr
package, but I don't see such a package nor a likely-looking entry in
any other package.
