Interesting how this is phrased. Companies don't "join" OpenSolaris like they 
do with, say, Eclipse. This is one of the thngs I like about OpenSolaris. It's 
a community of individuals, not companies.

Yes, but also remember that the situation has improved significantly. At least 
now we are getting a lot of good press as well. :) And the community is largely 
responsible for that.
