Unless you're working on vi no one could remember (& be sure about your memory) 
of any of those options.

Typically, you simply open another x-term, do a help command option, e.g., 
"cdrecord --help", then copy and paste the intended option(s) in your CLI.

(Every couple of years or so, O'Reiley would publish an updated edition of 
"Linux in a Nutshell", which used to be very helpful for someone like me who 
could never remember the CLI options.  But things in Linux/Unix have been 
changing so rapidly, the above option is preferred.)
