Just a symlink ? I can not think of a reason to duplicate info. It would
be best to just have one page that lives under the "project" path as
well as
the "community" path. Also need a link in the Project page somewhere.

Yes, we are going to roll out a redirect feature next week for this
exact scenario. It will map old links to the power_pc community to any
matching links in the power_pc project.
