i use the keyspan USA-19HS with my laptop to access machine consoles
(since my laptop doesn't have a built in serial port.)
i'm currently running snv_45, but i know that this device actually
worked with earlier releases as well.  it's actually lised as
a verified usb device:
        http://www.sun.com/io_technologies/USB.html

i don't know about the other keyspan device.
