[osol-discuss] New Home Page Graphic

In case you haven't seen it yet, there is new graphic posted on the home 
page. This graphic was contributed by Tim Foster and was selected for 
it's incorporation of the look and feel of the fan buttons (using the 
code in the background) and his clever use of the man pages convention 
of "(2)". Tying all sorts of things together.

Thank you Tim and thank you to everyone for their contributions.
