That's because we communicate amongst ourselves, and opensolaris.org
is how one can reach the developers involved with Solaris.

Ask here if you simply must, but I don't think you'll get answers that
are as productive as the ones you'll get directly from the support
folks for the distribution you're using.  Open Solaris itself isn't a
distribution.
